Dytecna is pleased to have been commended by the UK MOD Armoured Vehicles Programmes - In Service Platforms (AVP-ISP) Project Team for the BOWMAN Conversion of Regenerated Viking All Terrain Protected Vehicles (ATV(P)). The conversion on 75 vehicles was executed by Dytecna as part of the over-arching Viking Regeneration programme of work.
James McGowan, Littoral Head Output Cell Manager, AVP – ISP said “The work completed has been of the highest standard and completed within the contracted schedule; this has enabled the Royal Marines to deploy and train in protected vehicles as part of Navy Command Headquarters (NCHQ) overall Littoral Capability.
From a platform management perspective Dytecna is a company who I would enjoy working with again; they have provided me with a well managed project and have often gone above and beyond the contracted SoW resolving vehicle technical issues as an example.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dytecna Ltd specifically the management team and the shop floor staff for a first class job on the installation of BOWMAN on 75 Viking vehicles.”
Toby Marshall, Dytecna Director of Operations said, “Dytecna is delighted to have supported AVP-ISP to enable the continued use of Viking by the Royal Marines and we look forward to working with the AVP-ISP team again in the future.”
